About My Event Hub

Having spent years running our company on excel spreadsheets, we wanted a better way to handle our data. We spent time researching existing project management platforms, but found they didn’t work the way we wanted them to. So we decided to build our own, and My Event Hub was born.

Our system is designed specifically for team building and corporate events companies. It takes teams from the point of a client booking an event, through to project and event management tasks, the event day itself, and post-event admin.

My Event Hub has already saved us huge amounts of time, and we’re continuing to add more modules to it, such as providing direct client access to their events, allowing freelance project, event managers and crew to login and view event details, integrating accounting software to update on outstanding invoices, and more.
