Our Story

Background

Blue Hat’s founder and owner, Ben Parkinson, fell upon the team building industry in 90’s. Having experienced how team building was run by many other companies, he felt that what was available in the industry was tired, cheesy, and outdated.

Frustrated with what was currently available in terms of value from a client’s perspective and fuelled by the desire to offer something better, he decided to set up Blue Hat to design and deliver team-building experiences that had never been seen before.

Getting Started

With a foundational desire to help companies bring out the best in their people, Ben and his growing team began building science-backed experiences to help employee teams build trust, respect and rapport with each other, resulting in a high performance culture.

By making team activities more fun, interesting, challenging, and varied, and bringing them to life with impressive, beautifully designed equipment and props, Blue Hat’s innovative events help corporate groups achieve off-the-chart engagement levels, regardless of group size or the background of individuals.
